Enforce program rules, including keeping older children and non-registered participants out of the program space.
Provide hands-on support and address any issues related to child safety or behavior promptly.
Volunteer Coordination
Manage a team of ~8 core volunteers.
Assign responsibilities to volunteers to ensure adequate supervision and smooth operations.
Maintain team morale by organizing weekly team appreciation gestures (e.g., ordering boba tea).
