Registration Details:
📅 Registration Deadline: Make sure to secure your spot by registering ASAP.
Important Notes
The fees for these classes will be covered through one payment, depending on the program(s) you register for. Also, we will collect a one-time $20 Program fee per term. [These are to cover in-class activities, the end-of-term celebration, and program admin costs. Program fees are not for books.] You will be charged this $20 once per student per program per term.
The content of the program includes learning many skills in a short period of time, and some students may need to redo the same module more than once.
The price of books will be collected separately. Ordering the book is a complementary service we offer to help get things ready on time, and it is optional. You are free to order your kid’s book or use old books that you have as long as they meet the Class’s requirements. To ensure a fair chance for all community members to join the program, we are applying the following refunding policy:
Withdraw before the first day of the progam: 100% refund.
Withdraw during the first week of the program: 50% refund.
Withdraw during the second week of the program: 25% refund.
Withdraw after the second week: 0% refund.
Program fees are nonrefundable after the beginning of the term, and each term will be treated separately in terms of our Refund Policy.
If you cancel the subscription, we can not guarantee to hold your spot for future sessions, as there will be a waiting list.
After two terms without registering, your kids lose their status as current students, and registration as new students will be needed.
When a kid records more than three unexplained and uncompensated absences from classes, the possibility of redoing the class will be discussed with the parents and the teacher.
To ensure equal opportunity for enrollment, kid(s) of community-sustainers, who record more than five unexplained and uncompensated absences, will be charged the non-community sustainer enrollment fees the following term.
