MFC offers community spaces and event halls for gatherings, celebrations, programs and other events, subject to approval. Tell us what you are planning and our team will help you find the right space and work out what your event needs.

A Space for Our Community
MFC rental spaces are meant for gatherings that respect our masjid, our community and Islamic etiquette. Every event held here is asked to observe the following.
Modesty & Conduct
Interactions between men and women follow haya' and Islamic etiquette.
Respect for Salah
Events and audio pause for the adhan and for each prayer.
Content & Entertainment
Media and performances stay in line with Islamic decorum.

Policies & Guidelines
Please read these before you send a request. They apply to every event at MFC.
Modesty & Appropriate Conduct
Events must keep appropriate interactions between men and women, rooted in haya' (modesty) and Islamic etiquette.
Mixed dancing is not permitted in MFC event spaces. This means men and women dancing together, or women dancing in the presence of men. Ceremonial performances or dances by men in a mixed gathering, such as some traditional wedding celebrations, may be permitted.
Respect for Salah
MFC is a masjid and an active place of worship. All event activities, including any audio being played or broadcast, must pause during the adhan and salah.
During prayer, the masjid's adhan and salah audio will continue to play in the event space. Please plan your schedule around prayer times.
Content & Entertainment
All video, audio, performances and other media presented at MFC must be consistent with Islamic etiquette and decorum.
Where permitted, audio may be played through the event space AV system as long as:
- it does not disturb other events or activities at MFC,
- the required volume limits are observed, and
- the content follows MFC's guidelines.
MFC may stop audio or other content that does not meet these requirements.
Events Requiring Advance Approval
Some events need extra review before they can be approved. These include:
- Performing arts, including theater, musical performances and spoken word
- Classes and educational programs
- Halaqahs and religious gatherings
- Community lectures
- Events with outside speakers, performances, fundraising or other specialized programming
If your event includes any of these, describe them fully in your request so our team can start the right review.
Rental Request & Approval
Submit a Request
Tell us about your event, preferred date, expected attendance and space needs.
Team Review
We check availability, look at what the event requires and see if other approvals or services are needed.
Confirmation
Your rental is confirmed once approvals, the rental agreement and any payment or deposit are complete.
Plan Your Event
We follow up on setup, cleaning, AV, security, parking and anything else your event needs.
Good to Know
Additional Fees
Security, specialized AV, custodial help, custom setup or extra cleaning may add to the cost when your event needs them.
Community Sustainers
Active MFC Community Sustainers get 20% off eligible rental fees. The discount covers the rental portion only.
Booking Timeline
Outside rentals can be confirmed up to 90 days ahead. Minimum notice depends on the space.
Approvals
Our Event Coordinator approves standard rentals. Some events also need review by MFC leadership.
