Our Guiding Principles

We strive to nurture our community by offering purposeful programs and services in an uplifting and inclusive environment.

We envision a community where every member feels seen, supported, and empowered to live Islam holistically — together.

What We Offer

Whether you’re navigating personal, spiritual, emotional, or everyday challenges, Sakina Wellness is here to walk alongside you and connect you with the resources you need to feel supported, with reassurance, understanding, and compassion.

At Sakina Wellness, you can choose what feels right for you:

  • Connect one-on-one with a Care Coordinator or with Imam Sami for a supportive conversation.

*Please note our Intake Form is updated regularly and last updated on October 7th, 2025.

  • Explore our resource bank at your own pace and on your own terms.

More than just a directory, Sakina Wellness is a caring starting point for anyone seeking support. Our Care Coordinators serve as bridges, helping you find meaningful connections and resources within our community and beyond.

We are also actively developing programs and workshops that address the evolving needs of our community — from emotional wellbeing to spiritual growth and family support.

Stay tuned for updates in our Upcoming Programs section, where we’ll share new opportunities to learn, connect, and grow together.
