Beginner Quran Class - Sisters only program

The Muslim Family Center is hosting a beginner Quran class for sisters only taught by Ustadha Hala Salama.
About the Instructor:
Ustadha Hala Salama finished memorizing the Quran at age 24. She completed a 6 year program for explaining and memorizing the Quran (Muddakir). Ustadha Hala earned Ijazah (license to teach) in the recension of Hafs ‘An ‘Asim by way of Shatebiyah and completed the 2 year Islamic Studies program at Zad Academy. She then earned the “Riyad AlQuran” Diploma in teaching Quran from Nebras Academy. She has multiple years of experience teaching Arabic Quran and Islamic Studies at Al-Huda school and Tarbiyah Academy.
Duration: September 11th- May 21st (Thursdays 6pm-8pm)
Fees: $60 per month. This course is free for MFC Community Sustainers.
Location: New Masjid (7168 Columbia Gateway Drive Columbia, MD 21046)
