About the Lead:
Sr. Nermin Sabry holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and communications, and a Master of Education from Iowa State University. She taught elementary school for seven years and spent 15 years serving as a teacher and principal at an Islamic school in Ames, Iowa. For the past 24 years, she has been leading Arabic and English halaqas, covering a variety of topics including Fiqh, Seerah, Aqeedah, Akhlaaq (Islamic manners), and issues related to the Muslim family. Sr. Nermin is very popular with sisters of all ages, and we are very excited to have her join MFC in this capacity!
