Ramadan is the most blessed Month of year and we as Muslims are thrilled to start the month of Ibadah in hopes that the good we do this month remains and we are better Muslims at the end. Worshipping Allah gives us an overwhelming sense of peace and we often look forward to the sleepless nights of Taraweeh, reading Quran, and gathering with friends and family for Iftar despite the difficulties and hardships.

However, it’s a bit more difficult when your little ones are not quite ready to participate in fasting and long nights of Ibadah. Little lanterns was developed with that in mind. Our goal is to get young children excited and to motivate them to learn more about their deen and participate in acts of worship where they too can be rewarded. Your children are sure to have a blast with activities, storytime, crafts and so much more.

Space is limited, registration will be required and registration will open soon.

MFC will be providing over 2500 iftar meals this Ramadan. We need your help! The cost of the iftars has gone up quite a bit and we really need to support our local restaurants and refugee caterers who rely on Ramadan sales every year.

This year we will have a mix of in person and pickup iftaars on March 24, March 25, April 1, April 8, and April 15 through April 19th. Sponsor specific iftars today. or donate to the Iftar Fund.

Community Iftars are only possible through generous contributions and these iftars support our local businesses and refugee caterers.
